The key function is to provide power, data transfer, and user interface abilities with the computer. We test by checking CPU, RAM slots, and the overall board for damage, test the RAM slots and boot the board to BIOS, verify function of I/O ports, and inspect for bulging, damaged, or missing capacitors. All products have passed all tests prior to testing.
