You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For non-new items, there is a 20% restocking fee that is deducted from the refund amount. For items that are a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will issue a return label, otherwise it is the buyer's responsibility provide return shipping. Returns are limited to 30 days.

*All packages should include buyer's name and order number for identification purposes.
You should expect to receive your refund within two business days of your package being received in good condition at our warehouse. We will process your return once we receive it, but be aware that it takes your bank time to process our refund request (up to 5 business days).

Once payment is received (and cleared) for an order, we will ship by the end of the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday (nor holidays)
