Does NOT include HDD. Does NOT power on, when turned on the CD-ROM is able to open/close but power to the rest of the system is not entirely present. Tested with different PSU, rest of the system is receiving power better but still no display output even with a discrete GPU. This item is being sold AS-IS for parts. Only what is shown in the photos is included in the sale. We do not know if the item is functional or can be made to function via repair, There are no returns on this item for this reason.
