Able to get power but will not boot. Black screen. When powered on playstation will turn green to yellow and then red. Will not come with HDD. Screws for hard drive will be in a bag in HDD slot. Will not come with power cord or controller. Please note the lid for SD card will not stay on. This is shown in pictures. Selling the console by itself for parts with no returns. This item is being sold AS-IS for parts. Only what is shown in the photos is included in the sale. We do not know if the item is functional or can be made to function via repair as we were unable to test this item in any way. There are no returns on this item for this reason.
