Shipping
Once your payment is received and confirmed, we will ship your order by the end of the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
We use USPS and UPS for reliable delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For non-new items, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. For returns not due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned items in good condition. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
