Has been powered on but was unable to scan. This is due to the "F4" error is was reading. Will not come with tray, power cord, or USB cable. Selling for parts with no returns. This item is being sold AS-IS for parts. Only what is shown in the photos is included in the sale. We do not know if the item is functional or can be made to function via repair as we were unable to test this item in any way. There are no returns on this item for this reason.
